How long does it take to complete the full program? Will I see results in that time?

Inner Thigh Solution is built on a four-week platform with two days of inner thigh exercises per week. This length of time is optimal for strengthening and changing the shape of your inner thighs. You can keep repeating the program for as long as you want. In fact, when you see the results you will most likely make this your weekly routine.
