Since the glute program is designed to be 2 days a week your leg workouts can follow or precede the glute workouts.
Ideally you would have a day of upper body training or rest between leg and glute workouts.
But when you isolate the glutes you'll be amazed by how well they can still perform the following day. Remember the advantage the glutes have is that once they're activated and awake they're the strongest muscles in your body.
