The program calls for 2 Workouts per week if you follow the instructions in the Manual. Please refer to the UYG manual for Workout Parameters.
To speed up your results, you could do 3 of these workouts per week, every other day for maximum benefit. Rest is also important when you work hard.
It will take 30 days to begin to see results but you may begin to feel results even sooner depending on what level of fitness you're currently at.
