What to with a "file corrupted" error?

The "file corrupted" error message usually means that the file got corrupted during download and cannot be unzipped or opened.

To solve this, you will need to delete the corrupted file and download it again. We do recommend that you avoid simultaneous downloads and ensure your internet connection doesn't get interrupted.

If you need to the download links again, you can do so by following the steps here or by submitting a ticket to us including:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address used during the purchase
  3. Order ID (if you have it)

And we'll process your request as soon as we can.
