In an effort to avoid any illegal download, we created secure download links that are specific to each customer. After your purchase, you were meant to receive an email with the download link. If you didn't get the email or deleted the email, you can still download the program by following the instructions on the page.
Here are the download instructions:
1. Go to the download page.
2. Then hover your mouse over the text "Click Here to Download ... Now" and click with the right button of your mouse and a menu will appear. If you are using a Mac computer, use the control button then click with the mouse. Then select "save target as" or "save link as" as such:
3. A new window will appear asking you where you want to save the file. I recommend you first save it in a folder on your desktop so that it's easy to find and then you can move the folder wherever you want. Then click "save".
4. To download the video, click the "download" button that appears at the bottom left of each video, as shown below or click on the "Share" button on the bottom right (depending on the version of the browser you have):
Repeat the above steps for the remainder of the PDF files and videos.
It's always recommended that you download each file (PDF or video) one at a time, meaning no simultaneous downloads.
